CONSUMER ALERT! HIGH RISK SELLER! ShopBop has an ongoing pattern of consumer violations specific tp refunds. Customers are not receiving rightful refunds and/or waiting lengthy and unacceptable periods of time for receipt of a lawful refund. Moreover, consumers purchasing ShopBop items via Amazon are also victim to violations pursuant to significantly delayed and/or non-receipt of refunds. Customers can initiate a dispute claims with their credit card company, submit a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and also notify the Madison, WI Attorney General's office of their consumer violation. Shame on ShopBop for their unprofessional, unacceptable, and unlawful business practices!

ALERT: There appears to be an ongoing pattern of deceptive business practices, substandard customer service, poor quality inventory, and unprofessional, unacceptable, and potentially unlawful merchant behaviors. Unfortunately, I too have been victim to this company's suspect selling and marketing actions following my inquiry regarding a catalog product. The company continues to ignore my repeated requests to remove my email address from their data base and bombards my account with frequent advertisements. Shame on What on Earth Catalog for their continuing pattern of violations toward consumers!
Victims of this merchant's actions can submit a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission for misleading online advertising, non-receipt of purchased products, difficulty obtaining a refund, harassment via email, etc. In addition, victimized consumers can also initiate a transaction dispute and/or fraud complaint with their credit card company.
