Every order that I purchased was late and received a C letter grade. I reached out to them and they were unwilling to refund the amount to the card in my bank account and instead refunded it to the balance on the website account. I made it very clear on the email that I did not want to use their services as they were terrible and I wanted a refund it to my bank account and they still chose to refund it to the website when I have no intentions of using their website because it's so horrible. Stay away from this website!
