I ordered $344.80 worth of merchandise.
1. First red flag was that I was unable to find my order on their website.
2. Then they emailed stating that all but ONE item was unavailable for shipment. Did we want to wait or get refund. We asked for refund.
3. They emailed back stating that refund would post in 10-15 days. None came.
When I opened dispute with paypal, they provided paypal proof of the ONE item they delivered, so paypal closed the dispute in their favor!
