DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND AT ANY STORE. They do not know how to run an online business in 2022, given how easy it is to shop and return these days.
Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
I have an email from customer service that I would be allowed to return after the 7-day window. I emailed them before I ordered the item because I knew I would be traveling and unable to return the item in time if it didn't fit.
Now that I am trying to return the item, Customer service is completely MIA - I have sent 4 emails that have not been replied to over the last 2 weeks.
Seems the only recourse is to go through your credit card company and/or file a claim in small claims court. Huge pain - why waste everyone's time like this?
Stick to ordering at stores like Nordstrom that have amazing policies, and do not support this brand at ANY retailer.
