They messed my address up with delivery, rude customer service and when they refused to help, I turned to my bank for a charge back. I let them know this was the direction I'd take and they sent me intimidating messages that my account would be blocked etc. I had no intention of using them again anyway.
If anyone else is struggling with them, turn to your bank for help with getting money back, it's costs them more and impacts their charge back ratio.
If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd have given that.
