We have been customers of Xfinity for years. EVERY TIME we have needed help with our modem, we are never allowed to talk to and agent and then the automated system hangs up on us. In hopes of actually speaking with and agent to get help with our modem that wasn't working, I called the number for new service hoping they would help me or connect with someone who actually breathes. They hung up on me as well. Xfinity's customer service is by far the worst if any company we have ever dealt with.
