Got robbed!
I decided to to turn off auto renewal just to stay in control and an hour later there was a warning "no Internet connection" and couldn't make calls either. I presumed I ran out of data 15GB. Data usage shows from 1- 10 august just over 3Gb used. I hardly use mobile data while at home. Unaware I put it down to end of month. But then I realised it's only my second promotional month £5 out of 3 then £10 there after. I went to top up £5 mobile data resumed for an hour only after which I get that no "Internet connection". Which I was getting randomly throughout july. Switch on/off airplane mode to get it to work but not this time. Switched back to my home WiFi then i was able to use the net I'm just being robbed of £5.99 in just under an hour. No longer able to make calls/ text or use the Internet.
Dialed *131# message was like yiur balance
Is zero pounds, please top up... Something like that!
I'm still within my promotional period on the second month out of 3, I was attracted by it. I'm not a gamer or heavy user.
I'm now going to look for the mainstream providers for a more reliable internet connection.
