I purchased 2 dresses for a wedding. The dresses were kept folded in my closet on the top shelf. Each dress was tried on twice.
The wedding was canceled. We had no use For the dresses, they were mad ugly anyway. I sent them back for a return waited over 2 weeks.
First inquiry I was told we didn't receive your return.
Second inquiry while sending proof with my tracking number that they on fact did receive my returns!
They gave me store credit for 44$ for 2 dresses?
Telling me the dresses were damaged? HOW? They literally sat in my closet and were tried on twice
Well then it was... they are past the 30 day return policy and that's why you only get this amount!
This company is horrible!
