When I came across Debra's programme I had bee looking for a programme that would help me to stop eating sugar, eat healthily and lose weight and this programme ticks all those boxes.
I love the way there is lots of information given in books, workbooks, and videos to explain why each of the stages is helping to reduce inflammation in the body and therefore helping to lose weight.
Yes there is lots of info but it's broken down into bite size chunks and they encourage you to work through it on a weekly basis.
I also think the fact that Debra helps you to address Mindset is key to success.
Yes it is similar to Keto in that you get your body into ketosis so that you're burning fat and not feeling hungry but it has been adapted to incorporate many healthy foods.
I would definitely recommend this plan if you are ready for fundamental lifestyle change, are happy with receiving lots of information to work through and don't mind cutting out sugar and bad carbs.
