I was sold two tickets Category 1 Silver more than a month ago and when contacting DirectFootballTickets yesterday, I was informed that everything was ok, and that I would receive my tickets today. Out of this information I have booked flights and accommodation for two persons.
Then 20 hours before the match I get a mail that tickets can not be delivered.
I will of course file a court case demanding compensation not only for the tickets, but for the flight tickets and hotel accommodation and lost working salaries - and I can only recommend others to do the same.
