I placed an order and paid extra for express shipping 3 day delivery took 4 weeks. When I wanted my shipping money back I had to go through my c.c. Co. B/c Joance wanted to give me $10 of the $25 that i actually paid. They said it was not Joance's fault it was the shipping co. Soundslike they need to look at who they use for shipping. I just want my shipping money back. I hoped that was a freek thing I saw another pice I liked and the price was great so I ordered. I did not bother with express shipping. I placed the order on November 9th. Today is November 29th and tracking says its n China. The delivery was expected 7 ~ 10 days. It's been 20 days with no exception of getting it any sooner. Every time I contact Joance customer service and tellthem I do not want the product it has taken to long give me my money back they send me tracking information. They pretend they do not see my request. I recommend you do not waste your valuable time and money. You may never see your order. Unprofessional! I DO NOT RECOMEND.
