Today, I tried to get into an important lecture but ZOOM decided to do an UPDATE and blocked me from the first 45 minutes of the lecture. I am outraged that ZOOM cares nothing about me as a customer! This has happened about 20 times in the past year, where I am trying to get into a very important ZOOM meeting and just as I try to get onboard, the ZOOM screen cuts in and does an UPDATE and tells me that I cannot stop the update. I end up missing most of my meeting! I literally cannot believe the positive reviews for this service! ZOOM has been a horrific experience for me. What kind of company deliberately disrupts the very meetings that it is supposed to facilitate -- ZOOM shows a ruthless and callous disregard for me as a user. All they care about is updating my service and ASKING FOR MONEY! I really despise ZOOM and I only use it because the lectures and meetings I attend are arranged by the instructors to be on ZOOM. I do NOT RECOMMEND ZOOM to any company or individual.
