I purchased a glass marble tea set and a small single tea pot, however, when it arrived the teapots handle had broken off. I contacted the company and within 1 day to ask for a replacement and within one day they were able to process the replacement. I love my tea sets as they are as lovely to look at as they are of quality to use.
