Paid extra for Express Shipping for 3-5 days. Arrived 3 1/2 weeks later. One bathing suit did not fit. Tried to return it. Said non returnable when it wasn't. Spent 30 mins on phone with chat. Demanded "evidence" of of my order when she had it in the system. Had to email them my confirmation email saying it was returnable. Took 30 mins. Would not credit me for shipping.And I had to pay for it to be returned. The bathing suits are poor quality and very very tiny.

Don't buy from here.

Our design department is working hard to make swimsuits as consistent as the size guide, which is based on the average customer's body figure. Nevertheless, some swimsuits would have a different fit for different body shapes. If you have an issue with the selection of sizes or styles next time, we suggest you contact our customer service for some advice. We will also input a lot to provide all Cupshe customers of suits with a better performance.
Thirdly, we are sorry that it took a long time for you the return. We have different promotions periodically, items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded as stated on our website. Those products are constantly changing so there may exists some misunderstandings during this process.
Next, according to our return policy, we don't offer free return service currently. To make up for that, we do provide other friendly options to simplify and shorten the return process, on the premise of ensuring the rights of our customers.
