I purchased a Thinkpad P1 with high resolution touch screen. It was pretty much the top of the range workstation laptop. If you want a high performance laptop I advise you shop elsewhere. There were no replacement parts available in Malaysia, so everything is shipped in taking weeks in most cases. Customer service is hopeless. Phonelines not working, connected to wrong departments, do not call back in a timely manner, cannot resolve any issues. They take your money for items stated as available but are actually which are not available, then cancel the order 2 weeks after placing the order and making payment. Then will take weeks to refund. An absolute disgrace!
Tip for consumers:
You can judge a customer service effectiveness by what they do when something goes wrong. In my case customer service could hardly have been worse and escalating to a manager achieves nothing. They have no power to change or improve anything

Claimed the payment for the clothing item did not go through as they did not recognise the bank. In fact they charged £100 without any authentication. Later found the deduction on my statement. No confirmation email, no tracking, no goods. Reported this to the fraud department of my bank.
