It took forever for me to get my items and when I did get them the order was not correct. I ordered 26 pairs of gloves and when I got the gloves I had 27 left-handed gloves and 25 right handed gloves. How in the world could they have gotten that wrong?

Ordered a furnace and my credit card was charged immediately. 24 hours later I get an email saying the furnace is out of stock. Five days after ordering the furnace I get an email saying they have not had the furnace in stock for several weeks. When I ask them why my credit card was charged if they did not have the furnace in stock they became very rude and tried to blame me saying that the website stated the furnace was not in stock. I went back to the website and tried to re-order the furnace and nowhere on their website does it say that the furnace is out of stock.

This is a review of the device that barxbuddy claims will INSTANTLY stop your dog from barking. I can and will say with 100% honesty that these claims are false. I am willing to testify under oath that this is not true. Before I received my device I received two emails asking me to review the product, but after reviewing and sending them emails saying how dissatisfied I was with the device they have not contacted me. I am very upset that it does not work and even more upset since I found the same kind of device for only $9.99 at a megastore website. I paid $39.95 for the barxbuddy. Do not and I mean DO NOT waste your time and money on this device.

Barxbuddy (The device is called BarxBuddy and is supposed to instantly stop your dog from barking and is advertised as a device to help with training your dog to stop barking)

I tried to purchase a gift card using my credit card which had a zero balance and was denied. I then tried to purchase it using my debit card that had over $5000 and was denied. Both times I received an email saying that I did not pass the "security process." I tried to call them but was unable to talk to a live representative and their automated system was not programmed to deal with my situation. Their website says customer representatives are available through chat Monday through Friday 9 AM to 9 PM and at certain times on Saturdays and Sundays but when I clicked on the chat bubble at 6:30 pm I was told that chat was unavailable. I guess I will have to keep an eye on my bank account. I definitely DO NOT recommend them. What concerns me is they collected my personal and payment info and then denied my purchase. I sent an email asking why I was denied but they refused to tell me. Everything about them seems fishy and not up to par.

Window unit lasted 6 days and the replacement lasted two days short of 4 and a half months. Customer support took a week to even talk to me and refused to give me a refund because they said that was not an option. Page 17 of the user manual says that a refund is an option so they are going against the user manual that came with the AC unit.
