I got my first order a week late with no explanation or apology. By the time it was delivered almost all of the 15 meals I ordered were set to expire in 4 days. Contacted customer service a couple of times to see what happened. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received a reply. Cancelled my subscription and asked for my money back but judging by their customer service I don't expect one. Advice to others, go with another food delivery service. This one doesn't have it together. Order number *******864
