I ordered flowers for a relative who is recovering from surgery. The order looked straightforward enough. When I followed up on delivery, I discovered it was scheduled for the following week. When I called Pro-Flowers for an explanation I was told the order was not being delivered by a florist but by UPS - and the next UPS delivery was one week out! No indication of this when I placed the order: who would have guessed? Everyone else seems to have figured out delivery but Pro-Flowers has issues. Last time I will order from them.
