We were traveling with Etihad and they utilize the local Thai ground handling staff. The supervisor Ms. Muta must be one of the worst racial persons ever seen. She had no sympathy and mocked my wife who was a wheelchair passenger. Etihad is a great airline but if it continues using these agents or having a terrible person like this lady then its reputation will be damaged.

This must be the worst airline for trying to get a refund. I deeply regret having purchased tickets or traveling with them. I did not even use a third party and bought it directly from their own website. It's been seven months and no sign of my refund. Email is either not answered or messaged as please wait more! Boycott this airline!

They have been a source of groups for scammers and take no responsibility. Their help desk is utterly useless and closes your complaints without any resolution.
