I was awarded $15 for a purchase last August and waited to request the money. Five months later this amount was withdrawn from my TCB account because the company had declared bankruptcy. I sent 2 letters regarding this and was told nothing could be done. I decided to stop using TCB because I thought this was dishonest. When I requested my remaining reward money I filled out another survey and explained this issue. I received a very nice email requesting further information, which I supplied. The issue has been resolved.

This cover is of very high quality, better than what came with the firepit! If you have time to wait about 2-2.5 weeks to receive it, it's absolutely worth it, the prices and quality are just that good.
I chatted with someone at length to help me with the correct measurements and cover. Unfortunately, the person helping me didn't read my description in the first sentence and they quoted a square cover instead of a rectangular one. Also, the customer service person must have been handling 10 people at one time because receiving the incorrect quote took a very long time. In fact, I finally just closed the chat out.
Despite all of that, I am so pleased with my cover. I got the least expensive cover and will buy that same quality from them next time I need new covers.
Someone on another site said she bought her new cover from C & A and once I checked the site I was impressed with the price, colors and quality.

I purchased quite a few gift cards from CardCash only to try and use them and find that CardCash had STOLEN money from me. They sold the same gift card 2 and 3 times AFTER selling the card to me. I have every gift card purchased from them with the names of the other people they sold the same card to and how much was used and where it was used. They are dishonest and I do NOT under any circumstances recommend using them!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT purchase gift cards from them, you are better off throwing cash out of a moving car!

I requested my reward LAST SEPTEMBER and still have not received the promised reward nor will ANYONE respond to my question! This is not an honest reputable company and I would suggest you not waste your time. Go to MyPoints or TopCashBack, they deliver!
