Why don't they enter this century and be polite, service oriented and calm? NO, they are insane, calling every half hour like chickens with their heads cut off. They use aggressive, challenging tactics instead of concerned, helpful and polite manners. Who on earth would want to speak to these fools even for one minute? I've never met anyone that spoke as fast on the phone, what is this a race to see who can talk the fastest and interrupt the most? Are you in kindergarten for evil people?
