“Defective product and horrible customer service”

Purchased Zero Gravity Running Leggings in Olive Leopard Print as a gift for my mom. First attempt to wear, found 3 holes in upper part of leg. Did not wear. Phone calls to US and UK number non-working. Sent 5 emails. Got an automated reply after third one with que number and response promised in 4 days. 15 days later, still no resolution. Will not purchase from SB again as service after the sale is a hallmark of great companies. Buyer beware!

Before quality was much better... Now, they charge almost 100£ for leggings and it teared so...
