Viber touts itself as being available on your device and also has a laptop version which syncs, but I purchased some stickers back in April and still haven't been able to use them from the desktop. They have run me through the gamut of uninstall/re-installs and various other "fixes" to no avail. Then they just stop replying to my requests. Additionally, they refused to refund my money for the purchase of the stickers. While the program is nice, they need to figure out how to make the device/laptop connection truly compatible and give better customer service. I'm looking into other options for messaging. I suggest anyone else, especially if you like using stickers, do the same.

I had questions. Apparently you are allowed one and then they stop answering. When I sent the email indicating they could close my account (which I foolishly thought my prompt them to help more), I received "You're all set!"

So, unless you're very computer savvy, or have more upfront information about the website, I wouldn't recommend it. I needed some guidance on the program's features and compatibility with my older laptop. I received none of that.

When I ordered things that were no longer available, they did whatever they could to make it right and/or find me the merchandise. I don't order often, but when I do, I've never been disappointed.

I bought four of the mason jar pour lids and within a short amount of time they either broke or the seals stopped working. Apparently the warranty is only 30 days (well of course they'll last that long). When I contacted the company to inquire about the warranty and see if this was typical, I was given one $7.00 credit to my account, which covered one lid. Shipping would have been extra. I was not going to buy more. I told them to keep the credit. They never responded. I won't be doing business with them again.

I called Customer Service to inquire about a pictured product. I wanted to see if all the items pictured were included. I was told they were. I was placed on hold so the Customer Service rep could "check to be sure." And again, told yes. When I received the order, the tumbler was not included in the order and when I asked, I was told it wasn't included. When I said that I was told it was, via PHONE call, they said if I wasn't happy I could return it, at my expense for a refund. They really didn't care if I was happy or not. When I said I wanted to be removed from their email list, they did so immediately. Further, in order to post a review on their website, you need to give them access to you personal Facebook information. What a crock. Stay away from UnCommonGoods.

UPDATE April 2015: I never received anything from the Customer Service rep who responded here. Additionally, although I had made it clear when I originally ordered that I did not want any information mailed to my home, today I received a catalog. At this point, I'd label them, "all talk, no action."

You're right: the product in question did show a glass and it wasn't clear to us at the time that it didn't come with the glass and our agent should have offered you a prepaid postage label to return the item.
