More than a month and a half and i have yet to receive my items.
I have ordered the item on 25 March 2020 and it says that item will be sent on the 2nd week of April initially.
After which the date was changed to last week of April.
I checked the "Track Here" button and a bogus tracking number was actually given as i am directed to an error page from Quantium solution.
I emailed the Customer Service on this issue and i am told that they will check their warehouse on this issue.
2 weeks after, still no reply. It makes me wonder, how long does the warehouse need to even reply or check for the item? Where is the accountability of item?
I send them 3 emails asking again on my items.
Now, they are not even replying to me.
I am stuck in the middle here whereby i am not sure where my items are.
Today is day 45 after items were ordered. There were no replies, no updates, nothing, although items were paid for a total of 800 dollars.
