I ordered an electric bike online...pressed the order button and noticed the shipping address had changed and defaulted to my billing address. Normally that would not a problem but I chose the store in Oklahoma because I am IN Oklahoma. I had already spoke to the store and they were going to assemble it. Well the order could not be modified and it was less than a minute of placing the order. It would not cancel. So now I am calling customer service 5 min in and customer service feeds me a load of crap saying its on its way. 3 days later I get a text saying it is just now on its way...but no one is there. Academy DO BETTER! I don't have the product...no way of receiving it and I am out 400+ dollars Now I don't want to deal with Academy ever again. Shouldn't have come to this.
