La higiene de los alrededores es libre, hay garos realengos paseándose por las mesas y el olor es poco agradable; así es que ordené para llevar. Son demasiado caras para el tamaño; el relleno estaba seco y la arepa grasosa. No lo volvería a comer.

They have the worst service it doesn't matter if you go to a branch, use the webpage, the app or call by phone. If you try to buy online using their credit/debit card, it won't be accepted at most places. Recently, I placed an online order in a Canadian Store and I call to notify about the charge, and I personally went to the branch to notify it again and make sure they didn't decline it; for nothing because they did decline it, so Inhad to call again, then call the Store, for them to charge it again. But the worst was that, afemyer all the inconveniences, I was charged $2.77 for the international transaction; and no one ever told me about it.

Si necesitan imprimir documentos, sacar copias, enviar fax o emails, etc; este es el mejor lugar para hacerlo. Tienen estacionamiento, el lugar es espacioso, los precios son muy económicos y los dueños te atienden con todo el amor del mundo.
Malta mente recomendados.

El estacionamiento es incomodísimo, pero el local es acogedor y todo está muy bien presentado; extremadamente limpio y organizado. Absolutamente todo lo que probé es exquisito, excelente sabor y calidad; sobre precio pero vale la pena darse el gustito. El servicio puede mejorar un poco, pues cuando entré pasé a las vitrinas para ver las opciones mientras atendían a una dama, entonces me dijeron que la fila era al otro lado; me dije que lo sabía, que era la 1era vez que iba y estaba viendo qué ordenar, a pesar de eso volvieron a preguntarme varias veces qué iba a ordenar, cuando le indiqué que aún no sabía. Yo tratando de decidir lo que quería y ella ajorándome.

Tip for consumers:
Ir dispuesto a gastar, pero vale la pena darse en gusto.

Recientemente llamé para corroborar si aceptaban mi Plan y obtener una cita; me indicaron que sí aceptan mi Plan y que la cita serían para marzo. Me preguntan si he visitado algún otro Urólogo durante los últimos 12 meses, a lo cual le respondo que sí; acto seguido me informan que entonces el Plan no me cubre la visita, que serían $200. Cuando le especifico que mi plan es libre selección, que puedo cambiar el médico cuando guste y que no tengo límite de visitas a Urólogos; me indican que los Doctores no ac pacientes de otros médicos y por eso el cargo; recapitulo preguntando si por Política de los Doctores o porque el Plan no lo cubre, y me indica que las dos cosas. Le insistí en que el Plan sí lo cubre, que su Política nada tiene que ver con el Plan, y me responde que ella me da la información que le indica su supervisor; por lo que le sugerí que debía dejarle saber a su supervisor que la información es incorrecta y me dijo que no es incorrecta. De más está decir que llamé al Plan y SÍ ME CUBRE LA VISITA AUNQUE YO HAYA IDO A OTRO URÓLOGO; así es que los reporté al Plan y los estaré reportando al Medicare... Los Médicos tienen todo el derecho de tener sus políticas individuales y de hacer el cargo que les parezca pertinente si vengo de otro médico; lo que NO puede es decir que el Plan no me cubre, cuando sí me cubre.

Worst experience ever! They offer free shipping for orders over certain amount but it doesn't include every country, and they don't specify that anywhere. Orders takes more than a month to arrive. You have to be following it up. Customer Service is so bad that you ask one thing and they answer another. My order was incomplete and they didn't send me the items or refunded me; they insist they sent them even when I have a video opening the package.

Best tip: DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

My experience overall is good… Variety of products, great deals, lots of coupons, rewards; friendly user apo, but doesn't accept US Territory Credit Cards.

Tip for consumers:
You can’t buy online with a Credit Card from a US Territory!

I always buy stuff with them… They have everything I look for, and more; a friendly App, easy to buy and pay, great prices and promotions, best deals, good quality for the price and fast shipping. I always get free shipping and receive my orders prior to the expected date!

I access the website, after choosing my items and try to check out, I wasn't able to finish it; because they don't accept Credit Cards from US Territories (Puerto Rico), neither offer shipping to the island. I noticed I was at the US Website, so change the Region to PR; but there is no options to buy online from there. So I had to send the money to a friend, for her to place the order, receive the items; and finally send them to me. Other than that, easy search; great deals, great qualities and reasonable shipping time.

Tip for consumers:
Great choice if you’re in the US; other than that, you need to have someone there to help you pay and receive the order. They can expand their boundaries in order to improve their sales!

They have a variety of products, great prices and deals, different paying options and pick up or delivery; the App is friendly, easy to look for what you need, buy and pay. Free and fast shipping depending on your order; and the quality is good. Once had a problem with a vacuum, but they immediately attended my claim and refunded it.

Tip for consumers:
Watch out with the Vacuum Cleaners, I have bought two different ones and they both stop working few months later.
