I ordered 2 dresses that simply do NOT fit. I was asked to send pics and still no response. Disappointed!
Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to deal with numerous excuses and no real answers from "Lucy".
This is poor business practice and I will not stop until I receive a full refund.
Products used:
I had ordered 2 formal dresses that did not fit at all. I have submitted pictures to the company and still have not been allowed to return the items for a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
