This was my first time back after Frame USA's system upgrade a couple years ago so I had to re-register as if a new customer. Not a big deal, this happens often enough and I was aware of this process thanks to their emails. Products were easy to find on the site. The product and order pages had a smooth flow except for a small glitch after completing my order, when the SiteJabber pop-up screen appeared and there was no way to click out of it... not even clicking the "stars" to begin a review did anything. I just had to close my browser window.
As a creative professional, I was seeking quality without being raked over the coals as I would be at a framing center, whether stand-alone or inside a big box craft store. It's a bonus that their products are made stateside.
Customer for ten years, my initial order of 18 or 20 frames is serving its purpose in a high school's Gallery of Principals (with several frames waiting in the wings). My most recent order of a t-shirt frame was made after great disappointment with the selection at local big box craft stores and other retailers. I may not order frequently but I know I can count on quality products when I need them.
