Billing & shipping address were wrong. I tried to correct within 15 min of transaction via email since it was 11:15pm est, also called the next morning at 9:00am. Company refused to change the information. Rugs were delivered to a different state. They would not refund my money or re-ship to correct address. I also asked for the transaction to be cancelled if they could not amend the billing and delivery address, two phone reps refused. The second rep indicated she updated my information and made a request for the delivery to be re-routed, but this was not done. They charge for returns even though it was delivered incorrectly. This is a dishonest company that makes order corrections deliberately difficult.
