If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service. I placed an order for gift bags for my engagement party, you couldn't tell the 7's apart from the 9's in the date. It was not like that in the preview, going through talking to people for over a day I finally was directed to the owner of the company. She told me to scrap off the foil with my finger in the middle of the nines to make it recognizable, I had over 100 bags and it wouldn't work. She then got snappy and sarcastic with an attitude telling me that would work and i could send her the bags and she would scratch it with her nail if it was really a problem for me. When explaining it wouldn't work she got angry telling me it does, Besides the point I spent a lot of money on those bags you shouldn't have to do that to a product you purchased and above all for the owner to act like that. No refund, no apologies. Worst experience.
Our site provides customers with templates they preview and see prior to purchase. Taylor order bags from the template she saw, no changes were made to the font or the size of the text. Her bags arrived and looked exactly like the preview with a tiny bit of bleed. We are foil stampers and there can be some bleed of foil which was why we suggested the customer try to remove any over stamping that occurs from time to time. It is very easy to do and we do this prior to sending orders out but sometimes something gets missed. She was very un cooperative in trying to resolve the issue which is easily resolvable. We suggested since here was time to return the product for us to correct and she refused. We have been in business for over 15 years and pride ourselves on customer service and go above and beyond to help customers. We do. We try, hard. But you can not always make everyone happy.
