I knew ordering shoes online was sketchy, but there's little locally besides Walmart that has a selection of non-slip shoes. Now I need them with steel toes. So I ordered from SFC, and naturally the size guide misled me. Too big, besides having zero arch support. So I forgot about them and because I'm not a business they won't take a brand-new-in-box return outside of 30 days. They won't even consider it, or inspect them upon receipt, nothing. So I'm screwed, with lousy shoes I can't use and wouldn't honestly recommend to anyone else even if they did fit...so I'm back to trying to scratch up some local vendor.
Tip for consumers:
Think they need to be a little more flexible on returns, adopting an inspection policy I could have understood a restocking fee under the circumstances, but they wouldn't budge.
