NEW PARTS WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY FOR FRONT SHOCKS THAT WERE ON MY CAR FOR LESS THAN 2-WEEKS. THEY WANT TO SEND ME REPLACEMENT AND IF I DIDNT PURCHASE REPLACEMENT PARTS THROUGH THEM I WOULDNT GET A REFUND. THE WINDOW CLOSED FOR NEW PARTS WAS FEBRUARY 29,2024. MEANING IF THEY STARTED ACTING UP AFTER THAT DATE I WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF MONEY OF 1,073.00 FOR DEFECTIVE FRONT SHOCKS. AS OF TODAY THEY MEANING NEWPARTS AND AFFIRM ARE STILL PLAYING GAMES AND NOT DOING ANYTHING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE BUT ALLOWING UP TO 4-5 CUSTOMERS SERVICE PEOPLE ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTINGS OVER AND OVER. I THOUGHT THEY WERE FOR TO HELP THE PEOPLE WHEN YOU FILE A DISPUTE. LUCKY ME I FILED THE DISPUTE WITH BOTH COMPANIES ON 2/23 OR 2/24/2024. ROCKET AUTO WHERE I PURCHASED THE REAR LEFT AND RIGHT SHOCKS I SENT PICTURES TO THEM AND THE SAME INFO I SENT NEWPARTS.
NOW NEWPARTS WANTS ME TO SEND THEM BACK IN THE ORIGINAL BOX, NOW WERE WOULD I STORE ORIGINAL BOXES. I TOLD THEM I DIDNT HAVE THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE SHOCKS WOULDNT BE ANY DAMAGED LONG STORY SHORT FRAUD. TJ
