Do not sign up for this service! I did and it's become a fiasco. I canceled it and got an email a year later. I clicked on "Welcome Back" so I could see if they had any additional items and little did I know it signed me up for the service again. When I called and told them to cancel I didn't order anything, they just paused the service instead of canceling anf a month and a half later it happened again. Then the CSR said he would not refund the.money! I had to talk to a supervisor to get it back. Seriously, this is a scam that you could click a button saying, "Welcome Back,"and sign you up for a service you didn't want
But for them to take money out of my account after I canceled is theft, pure and simple. Wouldn't order from this company if I was starving and the.box was a dollar!
Tip for consumers:
As far as the refund is concerned, I wouldn't have gotten one unless I talk to supervisor. The CSr refused to give me a refund saying that the box was already on its way even though I never ordered it. I told him you realize that's theft and this is pretty much a scam. I finally was able to talk to supervisor who assured, me like the one in February did, t my account would not be charged again. We'll just see if that happens if it does I'll be talking to Texas Attorney's General Office.

They billed me without me actually placing an order. And tried to bill me for two weeks at once?...
