I order my first Mitsubishi replacement bulb at top dollar in The beginning of February. Within a week that bulb blew out and had glass all inside of it. I went through the return policy and took my pictures and submitted them, a return bulb was sent out. I received the return bulb on February 12th, 2020. Within 2 weeks this bulb also BLEW! I've messaged customer service to be requested to send a paper proving there's nothing wrong with my television instead of them owning up to what is wrong with their product.
This is just very cheap product that they are selling at high quality prices! I'll never order from this company again, I'll go back to ordering the genuine bulb for my television! I'm just going to eat the $70+ that it was for this bulb so that I know I'll have something to work for more than 2 weeks. I do not recommended purchasing unless you want a product that is cheaply made and you'll have to replace in a matter of days!
