We ordered a suit which came quickly but unfortunately did not fit properly so we decided to return it. Countless emails later and we are still waiting for return approval. Their website says they will authorize a return "no questions asked" but what they don't tell you is they are VERY SLOW to respond to emails and come up with every excuse in the book to not refund or authorize a return. In the midst of this aggravation, we received a bill from FedEx for the delivery charge - this is the so-called "free delivery " they advertise!
