I bought her new release of Easy Bale perfume and a setting powder by her option of Afterpay but they never send me a confirmation email or a shipment confirmation. When I contacted there customer services (they are bots) and the kept saying theh could not find my order and sorry, in spite I had proof of my order from Afterpay. I even wrote directly in Instagram to Huda Beauty on comments optiom becaise she doesn't have direct customer service people. And in spite of me tagging her in my comment, she never replied back. Ever! So, I have to go through Afterplay and my bank to get this solved. So disappointed.
