I logged onto VitalChek to get a copy of my birth certificate. I paid and waited. It tool SIX months almost to the day. Every time I called to ask for an update there was an excuse about a backlog.
Just be aware. SIX months.

I called the town in NY state where I was born and the clerk told me she would send me a notarized copy of my birth certificate in 5-7 days. One week later I had a copy from NY state.
Tip for consumers:
Six months to delivery
It's always easy to shop here. Too easy. I love being able to see what the wheels would look like on my car. The tire reviews are REALLY useful.
