I ordered a PC gem row box from these. After that I read the reviews on these websites and I was skeptical. They promised to dispatch the item in 28 days and communication was lacking. I payed through PayPal so when the item was not at my door on the 28th day I disputed my 300£ payment. That day suddenly I had contact and the item got sent 2 days after. Luckily I filmed the opening and the item was damaged with the wrong products inside. I sent this to PayPal. PayPal gave me a refund and this Chris aleman scam artist got all funny in emails being aggressive. I know consumer rights so I sent the item back via PayPal. Then he emails me and has the cheek to say I used the item and its damaged in return with items missing! After requesting hard evidence from him he backed down as he had no leg to stand on... Be warned. Do not order no matter what they try to convince you with its all a CON and I got my mi ey back thank the stars. Go to any other shop this has bad reviews for a reason!

HI mr Tom Field, You have forgotten to mention a few things in your rather exaggerated statement of occurrence, you ordered a custom built grow box from us, there was a small delay due to a busy period however we apologise for the delay and kept and continued to dispatch your order asap. I appreciate we missed our original deadline but this was not a vendetta against you, simply an out of stock item with our suppliers that was required to complete the custom grow box. I don't believe it is fair to make claims of being scam artists, when we have been in communication with you and sent you order to you, although it being 1-2 days late and had an incorrect item, this isn't a scam as you so harshly put, more an error and i apologise for this Error. The item you then disputed decided to start using and then sent back in a very poor state with no original packaging for the main grow box or items included, as stated on our website, items are refundable but must be returned in original unused condition, you admitted to us you through it all away, we didn't provide you with hard evidence tom because you are fully aware of the situation, we are not trying to score points simple abiding by our own terms and conditions, We decided as a matter of time not to pursue the situation as we were going around in circles. Again my i remind you paying and for and receiving an item you orderd is not a con, please refrain from such exaggerated accusations, we serve many hundreds of happy customers a week, i apologise once again your order was delayed and contained an in correct item, we will work hard to hope this doesn't happen again, i wish you all the best in the future.
