My $1700 treadmill quit working after 3 months.

Customer service is only via chatbot and e-mail - no live agents.

Paid= $350 for top of the line installation package and was told that the premium package did NOT include lubricating the machine before use, which is required.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

This company does not care about its customers.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
