The first thing you hit me with is a 10% discount on an item marked "buy one get one free"...I got one free, but not allowed to use the 10% discount.also - shipping to me (adjacent state) is quite high.

Reason I chose this business:

Because they are in TN, (I live in Alabama, very close to the TN line) they have what I need, and they had offers of BOGO and 10% 0ff.

Some of the surveys are REALLY good - others aske the same question over and over or just slightly different ways.kind of annoying.
