I made a very large order 3rd November, these items are for Christmas presents!
I have not recieved any emails regarding my order and it's still showing processing on the site...
No one is ever on the live chat anytime through the day and the request ticket to actually voice my concerns never goes through due to an error... For a month? O and the phone numbers on the site don't work either!
I'm fuming as I had my heart set on these items as gifts... I want answers now!
I'm glad I paid through PayPal
UPDATE... I finally received a message from this company over a month later, it said... "Your items are on back order an will be restocked around 7-15 business days...
Something doesn't sit right with me an think this is another stall tactic, if my items don't come in this time, I will go through my PayPal
I still think this is a very badly established company an should be taken down!
