“Fake promo codes! Beyond poor customer service.,”

I had insomnia and was on computer at 4am. Decided to order a bag that was the deal of the month (with some stupid promo code) and it said 30% off with yet another promo code. Deal was too good to be true, so I put two in my bag and began looking for a spot to put promo code and i accidentally hit place order! I immediately emailed cust serv and they emailed back that it had shipped, Right, at 4 am on Saturday they had people packing bags. What a crock, Guess they think we are stupid.

Completed an order, they withdrew payment, eventhough they said it was declined. I was charged,...
