I purchased a dress from them on 8-18-20. I decided to cancel the order 20 minutes afterwards. Their cancelation policy states that you have 24 hours to cancel an order unless the item has already shipped. After following the process, I received an email from them about 15 minutes later stating that it was too late, the dress had already shipped and that if I really didn't want it, I could refuse to sign for it and then they would refund my money. I did not get an email stating the item has shipped until today, 8-20. The tracking number goes to a USPS site, which says that they have not received the item, check back later. I am disputing the charge with my bank and putting a stop payment so that they hopefully cannot charge my card again.
