I am a beleiver in priority tire and that they are the best online tire company I have used. This last purchase however the tire arived with some defects from the manufacture. I was sent a return label and told as soon as the tire was shipped I was to contact them so they could ship me out a new tire being that it was a manufacture defect and not a problem with ordering or shipping. I am still waiting for the replacement tire to be shipped after a week has gone by that I notified that the bad tire had shipped out. I am hoping it will ship soon and am sure there was just a mix up.
We do indeed do all we can to ensure that we only send out safe and functional tires each and every time - and if they get damaged during transit or have an otherwise clear manufacturing issue, we're more than happy to assist with a return, replacement and refund at our cost!
Regarding this case, we have to assume that there was some type of misunderstanding or similar confusion regarding the follow-up - naturally we do apologize if we made any mistake here, but we assure you that we did try to help and resolve this to your liking!
