We ordered a sofa cushion. They sent the wrong size. After a month of debate, they sent me the right size in the wrong color. After another month of debate, they finally sent the right size. The sofa covers are smaller than advertised: all three of them. It stained my couch. I took a detailed video. Our beautiful cream couch is now a blue hue.
Tip for consumers:
They don’t allow returns because they’re based out of China. They tried talking me out of all three of my returns. Their measurements on the website are inaccurate for the sofa covers. I even sent them proof of the length of my couch. They treat me like a number. They talk like a machine.
