The company started well but all of a sudden went down south on customer service delivery. I placed order for two phones, and paid full amount. One was delivered after a slight delay while the other was unavailable for delivery. The company promised to send my second phone once they received stock. It is more than 3 years now. Initially, i got a response of apologies from Alex, Constantine and Milan at different occasions with a promise to send my second phone ASAP. Till date, I have written several mails to their email addresses but no response. Also, I have called several times but no one responded to my calls. I am becoming to suspect the company as a scam. This is an unpleasant experience with PDA PLAZA and have vowed not to recommend any customer to them.
I do not run people or their business down but believe in fair treatment to customers. I am waiting for them to respond to my last email of Jan 7,2024 on when my second phone will be delivered before i report them to the office of consumer affairs, Canada and other Social Media Handles to help me on this case.
