I ordered a pair of shoes from Giuseppe Zanotti's website. I was given an order number and a link to track my shoes - no carrier name or tracking number. The shoes were shipped from Italy. The shoes made it to Atlanta, but suddenly there was a hold on the delivery according to the tracking site. I called the customer service number several times and got hung up on after long waits on hold. All I need is the tracking number and the carrier name to find out why my shoes are being and how to retrieve the shoes from hold.
