I had ordered from the sister in the past and gotten nice things... sometimes it took a long time to get, but they were nice. This last order was a nightmare. She now works primary from FaceBook. She sent me a paypal invoice and I paid it. A month later I didn't have anything. We communicated via facebook and she said that she didn't have that fabric after all but had sets ready in other colors. So I said that one of those was ok. When I got it, it was nothing like the sets I had ordered before. The hijab part was much smaller ( about 2/3 the size) and only had 1 stripe of trim on one side instead of 2 stripes of trim on both sides. The niqab only had one stripe of trim on the head band and was that rounded bottom that I didn't want.
When I contacted her she said just send it back... at that point I didn't have very much faith that I would get a refund or a replacement. I had already waited a month. Instead I said that I didn't hate it and just wanted a good faith credit because it was not what I ordered. No, she does not do that. I kept asking and finally agreed to just send it back. I asked for the address and got nothing. I thought it was only right to warn others so I posted on her FB page that the quality was not as good as it used to be. She blocked me, said mean things to me and called me a liar.
