7/22/23

On 3/24/23 I payed this business $164.90 to write and send a demand letter, as well as file a small claims case for me.
Their website makes several promises, including that the demand letter is sent before filing a claim, in an effort to settle the dispute without going to court, as well as showing good faith if it does end up going to court.
They also promise to do all the legal work, inuding finding the right court house, filing the claim, servicing the defendant AND providing proof of service to the court. Their site claims that they do all the legal work and you "simply have to show up for trial."
Their site promises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back.
First of all, they never created a demand letter, despite several emails from me asking when that would be done. And second, they failed to provide the court proof of service, so my case was dismissed. I received a response from the defendant, meaning they got served, I told courtlink this and asked what the next step was, and they just said it was in the courts hands now.
When my case got dismissed due to them failing to provide proof of service, I asked for a refund as well as a reimbursement for the $53 I payed to the court to file the claim. I'm going to have to pay another $53 to re file it correctly.
They said they don't refund for cases already filed and said it wasn't their fault if the defendant wasn't served. ( As you can see from many other reviews, it's never their fault. It's always yours. They're full of excuses.)
They did not offer a refund until after I sent them pictures from their website proving that they did not deliver on what they promised, and said I would be writing a BBB complaint and a 1 star review.
This is unprofessional service at best. You should not have to resort to these methods before a business provides you with the quality care and work they promise to provide. That should be there from day one.

Courtlinked.com and its associates have been processing cases nationwide since 2004. We have successfully filed and assisted individuals obtaining justice under a limited jurisdiction. We do not ask for reviews and positive reviews received daily are not published. Each case received has it process, proceedings and entities involved. This is a legal process/service utilized by individual to obtain monetary damages from entities that have refused to resolve the cause of action at hand; majority of defendant evade service or relocate. When this occurs, it is common for us to be blamed along with the failure of the claimant to conduct proper diligence on their case.

Ms. Victoria Whitaker utilized our services and paid $84.95 for small claims package (includes certified mail service) and $79.95 for a demand letter that used due to the one-time restricted mail serving approach retained. She did not pay for a sheriff or third party process.

The case was professionally drafted, proper research was done to correct the entity she was suing (her submitted questionnaire would have been dismissed as is), work/research was emailed to Victoria Whitaker and the case was signed and approved by her for court submission.

Her case was filed correctly (case# CC202309787). The filed petitions were mailed to her along with a sheet of instruction provided by the courthouse for Victoria Whitaker to conduct her diligence in regards to defendants answer, certified mail return and additional court proceeding/follow-ups. The case was served by certified mail which was sent to the courthouse upon receipt of signature from the statuary agent. The courthouse did not accept the method retained and or the deadline for the certified mail serving was not within the legal time frame.

Arizona Small Claims requires service on the defendant within 45 days of filing. Certified mail serving is not an effective method of service. If the correspondence is not signed, returned late or the signatures are not valid, the courthouse dismisses the case. Third party/sheriff service was presented, but not retained.

Courtlinked conducted everything within the scope of service with the expectation of the demand letter which was canceled pending refund after closure of case.

After numerous email exchanges. Victoria Whitaker has received a full refund and we also provided her the options to refile the case at no charge which she has refused.

Victoria Whitaker has our completed materials along with the research to refile her Case.

Every state, county and city has their process. Claimants filing cases must always conduct their diligence with us or the courthouses once the case is filed.
