Such poor quality! I had my ring for two months and three side stones fell out. I contacted customer services and they said because its past their one month return policy, the best they can do is sell me the same ring at 50% off or I could purchase something of the same value as my ring off their site for 50% off! Such bull****! If I'm paying $80 for a ring it should not fall apart after two months and if it does this company should take better care of their customers by replacing it for free. Either way they would still be making money off me and I'm not falling for that! Also, I posted a 1 star review on their actual website and it doesn't show up... only 4 and 5 star reviews do... weird?

As per our Return Policy, all items come with a 1-month (30 days) warranty. During this period you can either return your item(s) for a full refund, get a replacement, or make an exchange. You were welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Again, we are really sorry that your product is outside of the warranty and that you didn't find our offer convenient.
